Accessibility statement

Sapphire Financial Planning wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device they use and whatever their needs. This statement explains how accessible the site is and what to do if something does not work for you.

Using this website

You should be able to:

• zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
• move around the whole site using only a keyboard, with a visible focus outline showing where you are
• use the site with a screen reader, such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver
• turn off animation by switching on the reduced motion setting on your device
• read text that has enough contrast against its background
• fill in our forms, which have clear labels and explain any errors next to the field

How accessible this website is

We designed and built this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.

Some content comes from other providers, such as our booking calendar (Calendly), our client reviews (VouchedFor) and St. James's Place documents. We choose providers that take accessibility seriously, but we cannot fully control how their content works.
